Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing
Proposed Change to Zoning Bylaws
Notice is hereby given that the West Boylston Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall/Mixter Building, 120 Prescott Street, West Boylston on a proposal to amend the Zoning Bylaws, Section 2.9 B Continuing Care Retirement Community Overlay District, “Applicability”, to include the Industrial District located south of Hartwell Street and to add Section E., “Affordability Component” to provide for affordable housing units.
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the text of the proposed change are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose office is open Monday – Thurs. 9:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
